Common questions before you start.
- What do I actually have to do?
- Answer a few questions about your business and connect your website — about five minutes. After that there is nothing to do: it picks the topics, researches them, writes the articles, publishes them and emails you once a week.
- What does RankingMojo actually publish?
- Straight answers to what your customers are already typing in — what something costs, whether it can wait until Monday, what to check before calling anyone. About your work and your area, using only details you have confirmed.
- Do I need a website?
- It is better if you do, and articles publish straight onto it. If you do not have one, RankingMojo hosts them at your own web address instead, so getting found is not blocked behind building a site first.
- Can I review articles before they go out?
- Yes. It publishes on its own by default, because that is the point — but one switch in Settings holds everything for your approval instead.
- What are the map rankings?
- Google shows a map with three businesses on it above the normal results. Where you land on that map depends on where the person searching is standing — you can be second at your own door and nowhere a few kilometres away. So it checks a grid of points across your service area every week and shows you all of them at once, with a sentence saying what it means.
- What does it cost, and can I stop?
- The first 7 days are free. We take your card to start the trial and charge nothing until it ends, then it is $49 a month with everything included. Cancel any time from Settings — we email you before the first charge, and everything already published stays on your website.
