RankingMojo is a brand of WebSuitable Inc., 525-532 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario K1K 4R4, Canada. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the business using the service.
Using RankingMojo means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.
We research what people near you search for, write articles about it, publish them to the website you connect, and track where you appear in Google and in AI assistants.
We write about your trade and your area. We do not state specifics about your business — prices, guarantees, credentials, or comparisons with competitors — unless you have told us they are true, or switched those options on in Settings.
Articles are written by AI. That is the product, not a hidden implementation detail: nobody at RankingMojo reads every article before it is published, which is why the next section matters.
The accuracy of what you tell us about your business, and reviewing what is published under your name. Autopilot can be turned off in Settings so that you approve every article before it goes out. Leaving it on is your decision to publish unreviewed.
Having the right to publish to the website you connect, and keeping your access to it current. If you give us credentials for a site you do not control, that is on you.
Not using the service to publish unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, to make claims you cannot support, or to run it for a business you have no connection to.
$1 for the first 7 days, then $49 US per month per website. The $1 verifies your card and is not refunded.
The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your card is charged without further prompting — that is what makes the service run unattended. We email you before the first monthly charge.
Cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the month already paid, and the service continues until that month ends.
If a payment fails we stop writing and publishing until it succeeds, and say so in the app. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies to renewals after that notice.
The articles we write for you are yours. If you cancel, everything already published stays on your website and you may keep using it however you like.
You give us permission to publish to the website you connect, on your behalf, for as long as your account is open. You can withdraw that by disconnecting the site or cancelling.
The software, the interface and the way we do the work stay ours. Nothing here transfers that.
We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Search engines and AI assistants decide what to show, and neither we nor anyone else controls that. What we promise is that the work happens every day and that you can see what it did.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular article will be accurate. AI writing can be wrong; reviewing what goes out under your name is why the approval setting exists.
We depend on services we do not run — your website's host, Google, AI assistants, our own suppliers. Where those fail or change, we will do what we reasonably can, but we are not liable for their behaviour.
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Some places do not allow limits like these, in which case they apply as far as they lawfully can.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can cancel whenever you like, from Settings.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to publish unlawful or deliberately misleading content, or where payment has failed and stayed unpaid. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
When an account closes, published articles stay on your website. We keep and delete our own records as set out in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law where you live.
Use the contact form for anything — changing your website address, cancelling, or a question about these terms. It reaches the same people an email would, and we reply to the address you give us.
